RETURN POLICY

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS:  Requested within 30 days invoice date.  All items must be returned in original manufacturer’s packaging, all parts, access, and paperwork.  Provide reason Modified, damaged, or abused. 15% restocking fee minus shipping.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS:  Must be within 15 days of invoice date.  Replacement will be sent.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES:  Inspect items immediately before signing for delivery.  Damages, shortages reported 5 days of delivery. Replacement sent out upon receipt of damaged product.
